What we collect
| Data | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|

| Purchase history | which in-game item was bought and its price (not your payment details) | Analytics, delivering the item |
| Crash logs and diagnostics | crash stack traces, device model, OS version, memory, app version | Fixing bugs, keeping the game stable |
| Device or other identifiers | a random app-instance ID created by Firebase; on Android the advertising ID may be read by Firebase Analytics | Counting players and sessions |

How we use it
- to run the game and deliver what you buy;
- to understand which levels are too hard or too easy and improve future updates;
- to find and fix crashes and performance problems;
- to tune game settings remotely (for example the number of balls in a level);
- to answer support requests and comply with the law.
We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Services we use
The data above is processed on our behalf by these providers, under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase: Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config;
- Google Play and the Apple App Store: downloads and in-app purchases.
Storage and retention
All data is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and stored on Google's servers, which may be outside your country. Google Analytics keeps event data for up to 2 months and Crashlytics keeps crash reports for up to 90 days; aggregated reports that do not identify anyone may be kept longer.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game and want their data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
- You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings.
- You can ask us to delete the data linked to your installation: see Delete your data.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we add features that collect more data (for example advertising), we will update this page and its effective date before releasing them.
